About the Role

You'll be the bridge between our customers and our technology products — helping shop owners find the right POS system, LED menu board, or queue system for their business. You'll handle enquiries via WhatsApp and Shopee chat, demo products to walk-in customers, and make sure every customer gets the right solution.

This is not a typical call-centre CS job. You'll work directly with the CEO and a small team (<10 people), handle real business decisions, and see your impact every day.

What You'll Do

  • check_circle Answer customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
  • check_circle Recommend suitable products based on customer's business needs
  • check_circle Handle after-sales support: delivery tracking, warranty, troubleshooting
  • check_circle Greet and serve walk-in customers at Cheras showroom
  • check_circle Create social media posts and product content
  • check_circle Suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities

What We're Looking For

Must Have

  • rocket English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (speaking + typing)
  • rocket Proactive — you take initiative, not wait to be told
  • rocket Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT) for daily work
  • rocket Willingness to learn about tech products

Nice to Have

  • star E-commerce experience (Shopee/Lazada seller, marketplace ops)
  • star Sales or customer service experience
  • star Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT
